Changing Order Information
If you realize you’ve made an error in your shipping details or purchase, please email us at support@shimmer.com within 24 hours. Check your order confirmation email to ensure all information is accurate before reaching out.
Tracking Your Order
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Asia. Processing typically takes 2-5 business days, although it may be longer during peak seasons like holidays and sales. Once your order is ready for shipping, we will send you an email with your tracking number. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 5 days of payment, please contact us. Note that delays may occur due to incorrect payment or address details.
Checking Your Package Status
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the USPS system or by visiting https://www.17track.net/en.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time includes both processing and shipping.
Estimated Delivery Date = Purchase date + 2-5 business days (processing) + shipping time
- United States: 6-20 business days (typically 6-14)
- Canada, United Kingdom: 15-40 business days
- Rest of the World: Not yet available (updates coming soon)
Tracking updates may experience delays, particularly between the time the package leaves USPS facilities in China and arrives at USPS facilities in the United States. This delay usually lasts 2-7 days.
Risk-Free Shipping
If your package doesn’t arrive within 60 days, we will issue a full refund. For missing orders, contact us at support@shimmer.com. We will investigate the issue within 3-5 business days and, if necessary, provide a replacement.
Customs and Taxes
Our product prices are listed in US Dollars and do not include duties or taxes. Any customs fees or taxes upon receiving your order are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. We are not liable for customs delays. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is essential to provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. While we strive to accommodate address changes, strict shipping schedules may prevent adjustments after your order is processed. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If a package arrives in your country and is refused or fails delivery after multiple attempts, we reserve the right to abandon the shipment without providing a refund.
