1. Where do you ship?
- We offer express shipping to the US, UK, and Canada. Check our Shipping Policy for delivery details.
2. How long will delivery take?
- United States: 6-20 business days (usually 6-14)
- Canada, United Kingdom: 15-40 business days
- Other countries: Not yet available, but we'll be expanding soon!
3. Can I return or exchange an item?
- Absolutely! We accept returns/exchanges if your order arrives damaged, is missing parts, or doesn't match what you ordered. See our Refund & Return Policy for all the details.
4. What if my order is damaged?
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 15 days of receiving it. We'll gladly arrange a return or exchange. Full details are available in our Refund & Return Policy.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.
6. How long does order processing take?
- Order processing typically takes 2-5 business days.
7. Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to change your shipping information or order details, please email us at support@shimmer.com within 24 hours of placing your order. You can cancel your order within the first 6 hours; after that, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.
8. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the USPS website or at https://www.17track.net/en.
