Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of an order is allowed within the first 6 hours after purchase. Beyond this period, your order will automatically be sent to the warehouse for packing and shipment. Please note that a management, processing, and transaction fee amounting to 10% of your total order value will apply to cancellations. We kindly ask that you provide a reason for canceling your order, as this feedback helps us improve our products and services.

Order Modification
If you notice an error in your shipping details or purchase information, you can request modifications within 24 hours of placing your order. Simply email us at support@shimmer.com, including the necessary corrections. To verify the information in your order, please refer to the confirmation email sent immediately after your purchase.

Returns and Replacements
We accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, missing parts, or do not meet the specifications of your order. Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, if more than 15 days have passed since you received the item, we are unable to process returns or exchanges. To initiate a return, contact us at support@shimmer.com with images of the package, including the shipping label and any details of the defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 2-5 business days.
